Raw Food Party
Want to host a Raw Food Party with friends and relatives and have some fun, too? I can tailor a 3-4 hour “party” at your home or in my studio for 8-10 people. You decide on Raw Food Basics/How to Get Started or Advanced Raw Food Prep, or perhaps a raw4yoga party, including a discussion, recipe demonstation and a one-hour yoga class suits you. The price would be $400.00 and can be divided among guests. All parties include recipes, a light meal and a raw food bar to take home with you.

Raw4Yoga Classes
90-minute raw4yoga classes include a 60-minute yoga class, which includes warm-up poses, sun salutations, standing poses, a balancing pose, seated poses, inversions and a guided final relaxation. The yoga class is followed by a 30-minute mini-class on a variety of raw food topics, including a demonstration and sampling of a recipe.
Vinyasa Yoga Classes
60-minute vinyasa yoga classes include warm-up poses, sun salutations, standing poses, a balancing pose, seated poses, inversions and a guided final relaxation. Vinyasa means breath-centered movement, so breathing is emphasized and listening to the body is stressed. Modifications are offered for beginners as well as challenging poses to interest the experienced student.
Yoga + Nidra Classes
60-minute class, broken into about 30 minutes gentle stretching with yoga poses and about 30 minutes of yoga nidra, a deep guided relaxation that is great for stress management and general overall relaxation. Sleep is not actually the goal, but rather a state of sub-consciousness between waking and sleeping. Students should bring a small pillow for under the head, a blanket for covering the body as it cools down, and another pillow or second rolled yoga mat to place under the knees for comfort.
