Eileen is now certified as a Mindful Outdoor Guide by Kripalu Center for Yoga and Wellness in Massachusetts.  She is eager to share her wisdom and lead individuals on Mindful Outdoor Experiences (MOE's).  This practice is also known as Forest Bathing or shinrin-yoku, from Japan.  Spending time in nature has many health benefits, lowering stress, improving immunity, to name a few.

Join Eileen on regular MOE's by checking the webpage for scheduled times.  The first two classes will be held in November, 2018.

When:      November 23, 2018 (Session #1) or November 24, 2018 (Session #2)
Where:     Pumping Station parking lot on Route 322, north of Lititz and west of Brickerville, PA
When:      Gather at 9:00 am, depart on MOE at 9:15 am
Cost:        $10 per person     Each class limited to 10 people maximum.
Details:    Wear layers, bring water, bring a snack for eating after the experience.  Hiking boots, gloves and hat are a must. 
                 You should be able to walk 1 mile on uneven terrain and be outside for approximately 2 hours.
