Join Me on a Retreat in 2018

In 2018, I am planning on studying and retreating to different yoga centers here on the East Coast and am always looking for traveling companions.  Why not branch out and try out a new, exciting experience?  It would involve leaving early Friday morning and returning later on Sunday.  Sharing driving expenses is desirable.  Here's what's on my schedule:

April 27-29, 2018 - Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA (about 6 hour drive)  www.kripalu.org  Workshops run around $300; accommodations are additional.   R&R weekends are less expensive.  They offer senior discounts (65+).   I'm doing Fit Soul, Fit Body with Brant Secunda and Mark Allen (I've studied with them before).  Good food, yoga, hiking trails, labyrinth and whirlpool!

June 15-17, 2018 - Yogaville Satchidananda Ashram in Buckingham, VA (about 4 hour drive)  www.yogaville.org  I'm doing Yoga for Osteoporosis.  They have a less expensive Welcome Weekend and discounts, too.  There's a tent camping option, which I might do.  Great hiking trails and an amazing shrine.  They are all about Interfaith and acknowledge all paths.

September 21-23, 2018 - Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA (about 3 1/2 hour drive)  www.himalayaninstitute.org  Remembering Your Shamanic Soul Story by Patricia Jones.  This workshop is inexpensive $165 plus accommodations.  Excellent food, grounds, walking/hiking.

October 5-7, 2018 - Sivananda Yoga Ranch Ashram in Woodbourne, NY (about 4 hour drive).  www.sivanandayogaranch.org  Native American Sweat Lodge with Heather Principe.  $25 plus accommodations.  Please know that this is a traditional ashram, which serves only 2 meals a day, requires morning and afternoon asana classes and morning and evening satsang and meditation.  They do practice Hinduism there.  I may tent camp.  Great outdoor Russian sauna!

If you want to discuss further or plan logistics, please email me at eileen@raw4yoga.com or call (717) 627-4258.  I invite you to not just find yourself in 2018, but to create yourself!
